Screen jitters when walking around

When i walk, fly or do anything on my realm or worlds the screen just jitters for no reason what so ever and it only happened after the newest minecraft update the wilderness bound update came out anything before that it was fine ive tried restarting minecraft and that didnt work and its on both mobile and on switch
