Fire not spreading or burning in pirates of the Caribbean mashup

I’ve noticed when playing on the pirates of the Caribbean mashup map for some reason fire, doesn’t burn blocks even with fire spreading on nor does it get put out by rain, this is odd because some of the puzzles for the music discs require fire to burn blocks away
