Villager won't work and won't change job

I’ve tried to made a villager trading post, but my villager won’t change their job to the job station i prepared, they also won’t do anything even if the job station right.

I tried it in another world and it’s the same, but if i goes to a village and put a new jobstation the villagers work normally. It just happened when i put the villagers myself.
