My Minecraft is extremely dark no light levels

Its very dark with no light levels i checked all my resource packs removed them until only default resource pack was left in i checked to see if it was only on one world it was on every world I have yet to check if its on servers but I think its from default Minecraft resource because the game says atleast one resource pack or behavior pack has failed to load I think that's what it said so I have reason to believe it's from the default Minecraft resource pack on behavior packs it's only default Minecraft resource pack no I dont have vibrant visuals on my brightness is on max the picture shows my world here
