On Switch 2 Beta, with vibrant visuals on, when looking through water, all blocks have the water ripple overlay as if they are underwater, even though they are not.
To reproduce, simply place water and look through it without being submerged. All blocks on the other side have the effect.
It would be expected that only blocks that actually do have water on them would have this, yet all blocks do regardless.
