RTX pack crashes game upon deletion.

When deleting an RTX resource pack (Vanilla RTX normals from Vanilla RTX App, it worked fine before the last two updates) (also the video is right after I deleted the resource pack) the game would crash and would not give me a crash log, but through system events I see this (hopefully it is useful)
