Skins do not load until world is entered on Nintendo Switch 2

Dressing room skins are unavailable until the player enters a world, after which they become available both ingame and in the main menu.

Steps:
Open game, dressing room visibly does not load.
Open any world.
Open the dressing room. Every skin now loads correctly.

Expected result: Dressing Room skins load upon opening the game, without having to enter a world.
Actual result: Dressing room skins are unavailable.
