Glass Pane connection bug / visual gap in window

•When I place glass panes together to make a window, there is a visual gap / the glass doesn't connect in the middle.

• It happens in both day and night, but more visible at night.

• Expected: Glass panes should connect smoothly.

• • Actual: There is a gap / strange line where panes meet

• •Steps to reproduce: Place 4 glass panes in a 2x2 window.
