Marketplace skins appear gray and won't load in Dressing Room

Purchased Marketplace skins appear grayed out every time I open the game.

Skins should remain loaded without having to re-login every time the game starts.
Observed result:
Every time the game is closed and reopened, skins turn gray again, forcing me to log out and log back in every single session.
