With vibrant visuals turned on, on the switch 2 beta, the water became invisible when looking up

When i was playing, i noticed that when i was underwater, the water texture seemed wrong and the more i swam up, i noticed that i was able to see the clear sky from under the water like there was no water (as seen in the image)

How to reproduce this issue:

1. be underwater

2. Look up

   What was supposed to happen:

The sky was supposed to be visible but with an ocean effect

What happened:

sky was fully visible without water effect
