All character skins rendering as completely transparent in dressing room and home screen on Android

All character skins, including officially purchased marketplace packs and custom-imported external skins, appear completely transparent across the main home screen, Dressing Room, and Marketplace and ingame the avatars arms pass through blocks and appear big.
