Equipping enchanted tools/weapons causes severe FPS lag

When equipping or switching to an enchanted weapon or tool, the item tooltip / actionbar text (showing the item name and enchantments above the hotbar) causes a noticeable drop in frame rate.

The game runs at a stable frame rate, but as soon as an enchanted tool is equipped and the tooltip appears on screen, the FPS drops significantly. Once the tooltip fades out after a few seconds, the frame rate recovers back to normal.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Stand in a fixed location and observe the game running at a stable frame rate.

  2. Switch to an enchanted tool or weapon in the hotbar to trigger the tooltip text above the hotbar.

  3. Observe the drop in FPS while the text is visible on screen.

  4. Wait a few seconds for the tooltip to fade out.

  5. Notice the FPS return to normal once the text disappears.

Observed Result: Equipping an enchanted item and displaying its tooltip causes a drop in FPS, which recovers as soon as the tooltip fades out.

Testing shows that modifying hud_screen.json to restrict the item label height to a single line prevents additional enchantment text lines from rendering.

When only one line of text is rendered and the remaining enchantment lines are hidden, the FPS drop disappears entirely and performance remains completely stable.

This proves that the performance issue is specifically caused by multi-line text rendering within the hotbar item tooltip component.

Attached File: hud_screen.json (Test file configured to limit tooltip height to 1 line to demonstrate that multi-line rendering is the cause of the lag).
