Items get stuck in inventory slots

See video. Items get stuck in a specific inventory slot and can’t be moved. Happens seemingly randomly, but it happens every so often over the last few years. It happens with different inventory slots and items. I haven’t noticed any pattern to how or when it happens or with what items.
