Half of objects not showing at the same time

In one specific world that I have there are a lot of half trees. But the problem that I remove the half, and then I leave and then return later, and suddenly the other half of the tree has appeared. It has also happened with a mushroom. And recently there was suddenly part of a villager house in a village I have been in several times before. It not even the same village type, its acacia while the rest is plains!

I try to make the world look good, but that impossible with partial trees everywhere. I really hope that this issue can be solved, so I can make the world pretty as I want it to be.

So far I have not noticed the issue in any other worlds, but this one is the one I have mainly been playing on lately.
