Framerate Limit set to Unlimited is still capped at 60 FPS on Android

Current version tested: Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.52.3 (26.52 Hotfix). The same issue also occurred in previous versions. Version 26.52 is not available in the Affects Version dropdown, so I selected 26.50.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android.

2. Go to Settings > Video.

3. Set Framerate Limit to Unlimited.

4. Enter a world and check the FPS.

Expected result:

When Framerate Limit is set to Unlimited, Minecraft should be able to run above 60 FPS on a device that supports higher FPS.

Actual result:

Minecraft remains capped at 60 FPS even when Framerate Limit is set to Unlimited. My device supports up to 120 FPS.

I previously tested Bedrock versions before 26.50 and experienced the same 60 FPS cap. The issue is also present in the current version 1.26.52.3.
