GUI Rendering Glitch/Static Bug

Since the recent update with the dapple forest I have been experiencing a bug on the main screen of minecraft where it is all pixelated. Only minecraft does this. I have tried different troubleshooting options for what I could find and nothing has solved the issue. Attached below is the glitch I am having in addition the troubleshooting that I have tried.
