Profanity Filter activates automatically

Everytime when I restart the game, the “Profanity Filter” option turns on automatically.

How to reproduce:

1. Turn off Profanity Filter from Settings in General

2. Restart the game

I would expect it to not turn on without knowing.

In reality, it enables automatically every game restart
