Sound system incorrectly queries ground block fly sound while player is airborne in creative flight

This issue can only be observed when the Content Log GUI from the Creator settings is enabled. The bug stems from missing state logic within the sound system. The engine fails to check whether the player is touching a block before attempting to fetch ground-related fly sound events. When the player is airborne in creative flight with no block contact, the sound lookup should not run at all. Instead, the system still tries to retrieve the  fly  sound event for block type  normal , repeatedly producing the verbose log warning  [Sound][verbose]-No sound found for block type 'normal' and event type 'fly' . No audible sound plays, yet redundant log spam is generated due to this incomplete logic.Multiple versions have this issue.
