Item tooltip is too big and obstructs the screen too much

the item tooltip when holding an item shows every single enchantment or potion effect taking a lot of space on the screen (almost half of the screen on phones)

how to replicate: enchant and item with multiple enchantments and hold it on your hand

expected result: the item should only show it’s name
