Player cannot swim upward out of tall sea grass while sprint-swimming underwater

While sprint-swimming underwater, the player can rotate the camera to change swimming direction and tilt the view upward to surface for air. However, after swimming into tall sea grass, the player is unable to swim upward and out of the tall sea grass, even though there is no solid block above the head blocking the way.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a body of water containing tall sea grass.

2. Swim into the tall sea grass so the player is inside it.

3. Tilt the camera upward and hold the sprint-swim button to swim upward.

4. Observe that the player remains trapped inside the tall sea grass and cannot rise above it.

Observed Result: The player stays stuck inside the tall sea grass and cannot swim upward out of it, despite the space above being free of solid blocks.

Expected Result: The player should be able to swim upward out of the tall sea grass and continue toward the water surface, as tall sea grass should not obstruct swimming movement.
