Zombies will be hurted when powder snow transform they into frostbite, but skeleton will not.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. place some powder snow

2. spawn a zombie in this powder snow

3. wait and note the zombie

Expected result

The zombie begins to tremble, then it becomes a frostbite.

Actual result

The zombie begins to tremble, but first it’s hurted. it still becomes a frostbite until very end.
