Formatting codes using "§" don't work for names of resource and behavior packs when using OreUI

On the bedrock main menu screen, by going to Settings > Storage > Resource packs, and finding a pack that uses formatting codes (to change the color of text, bolding text, etc) wont work. It will show the formatting codes.

This bug is also present In the behavior packs section of storage as well.

This bug has not been tested in the Worlds, World Templates, or Cashed Data sections of storage.

In Global resources (which still uses the old ui as of right now), this bug is not present and formatting codes work as intended.
