Clicking the scroll rail does not update the servers tab background.
How to reproduce:
1. Go to the play screen
2. Click the servers tab
3. Click the scroll rail on the right
4. Observe the background not updating after clicking

This issue also occurs if you navigate the screen with a controller or keyboard with screen animations turned off.
