Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain a Potion of Freezing.
2. Hover over the potion in the inventory to view its tooltip.
3. Observe the color of the effect description text.
Observed Result:
The tooltip displays "Freezing" in blue text, the same color used for positive effect descriptions.
Expected Result:
Since Freezing is a negative effect, the effect description text should be displayed in red to match other negative effects.
