Single clicking is double clicking

whenever i click once on any part of minecraft bedrock, it registers as a vary fast double click, it has been happening for quite a while now, ive tried multiple mice, both wired and wireless and it does the same thing, ive looked at pc settings as well as minecraft ones and nothing has seemed to help.
