Resource/Behavior pack failed to load

After the most recent update, loading into a world old or new a red text pops up saying ‘At least one of your Resource or behavior packs failed to load'. Even though I don’t have any extra resource or behavior packs other then base game active.

I have tested it in my old world, a new world, and even testing it on my sisters computer with her worlds all resulting the same text popping up.

I have cleared cashe and restarted my Minecraft and Computer hoping it may help. It did not.
