Ice Balls do not deal increased damage to Blazes

Ice Balls do not deal increased damage to Blazes.

Blazes have a special vulnerability to cold projectiles: Snowballs deal increased damage to them. Ice Balls, despite being an even more directly ice-based projectile, currently deal the same damage to Blazes as they do to ordinary mobs.

This is inconsistent with the existing Blaze damage behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a Blaze.

2. Hit the Blaze with an Ice Ball.

3. Compare the damage with the damage dealt to a normal mob.

Observed Result:
Ice Balls deal normal damage to Blazes.

Expected Result:
Ice Balls should deal increased damage to Blazes, consistent with the special damage Blazes receive from Snowballs.
