Placed blocks are sometimes deleted and refunded. I think it might have to do with rapidly switching the target placement position since that was the only way I could get this to happen. Going through my clips frame-by-frame made me think that the issue might be caused either by interacting with the block at the earliest possible time (frame/tick/subtick) or by something stemming from Bedrock player desync (since I’ve encountered similar errors during lag-spikes on my gaming PC and the Switch 2 lags more often)
