Blast Furnace malfunctions when operating

Version: Minecraft Bedrock Preview 26.60.28

Summary: Standing right next to blast furnace, open GUI, add raw ore and coal. GUI immediately closes, ore and coal disappear. Fire animation stays active, no smelting. Game does NOT crash.

This bug reproduces 100% on Blast Furnace. Normal furnace works perfectly with no item loss.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place blast furnace, stand adjacent to it (no chunk unloading).

2. Open blast furnace GUI.

3. Put raw ore into input slot, coal into fuel slot.

Result:

The blast furnace GUI instantly closes. Both raw ore and coal are deleted. The fire animation remains active on the blast furnace, furnace is empty and smelting never starts. This happens every single time.

Regular furnace tested with same steps, no GUI close, no item loss, works correctly.

Expected:

Items remain in furnace and begin smelting.

Notes:

100% reproducible on Android in Preview 26.60.28. This is NOT the chunk-unloading furnace item loss bug. This occurs while standing right next to the block.

Only Blast Furnace affected; normal furnace works fine even with the experimental Furnace Recipe Book enabled.

I have only tested ores, food items were not tested.

I have NOT tested whether toggling Furnace Recipe Book affects this bug.
