block and entity loading problem

so i havent played on my computer for a while but when i joined hive on bedrock for some reason some blocks are pink and black and there are blocks that look like dirt with question marks in the middle i join ctf and when i load into the game it doesnt show entites (shop/upgrade or flag so i cant see whose got the flag or when its gone only in the chat which im not usually looking at also the flag i right in the middle o the blue square blocks placed but i you cant see it) ive reset my game in settings, repaired even deleted i and reinstalled it and it hasnt fixed anything. i dont know if anyone else is having this issue because on my laptop it doesnt do that and my laptop in a different account to the video (the one with the issue) idk how to fix it because ive logged out and all that and still hasnt been fixed. (also idk what the affects version means so i out the top because its not the one that i put on operating system version which is the correct one my game is)
