Camera stutters on Xbox, Switch, Mobile, and PS5

The game often drops fps when looking around. Often several times a minute. Changing to simple graphics does not improve the results, changing the render distance does not either. This bug has been in the game for at least over a month. I have having this bug on the PS5 version, however other people on Xbox, Switch, and Mobile have the same glitch.

In the video, I have an Add On that displays FPS. The Add On does not affect frame rate, the glitch exists with it on or off.
