Skin pack selection screen stuck on infinite loading ("Loading...")

When attempting to view or select certain classic skin packs in the Dressing Room, the screen gets stuck indefinitely on the "Loading..." (ロード中...) animation. The packs fail to load their contents entirely. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft (Bedrock Edition). 

1. Go to the Dressing Room (プロフィール / 着せ替え).

1. Select Classic Skins (クラシック スキン). 

1. Try to open or browse specific skin packs (e.g., 1st Birthday Skin Pack, A Minecraft Movie Hero Pack). 

Observed Result:

The loading spinner keeps spinning infinitely with the text "Loading...", and the skins never appear. 

Expected Result:

Skin packs should load quickly, displaying the available skins and items.
