Unexpected crawling when placing head/skull.

What Happened

when placing a head/skull in the block the player’s head is in, player starts crawing.

What Expected

the head/skull shouldn't be able to place at all.

How to Reproduce

1. build 2 blocks vertically.

2. stand near the blocks.

3. face the block next to you.

4. place a head/skull, player start crawling.
