How to reproduce:
1. Load a world in creative
2. Spawn a Frostbite
3. Switch to survival
4. Observe the Frostbites arms not rising when attacking
Observed results: The Frostbite does not rise its arms when attacking.
Expected results: The Frostbite should rise its arms when attacking.
