Options inconsistent between create new / edit world and in-game / multiplayer settings.

How to reproduce:
1. Go to the play screen
2. Edit any world
3. Click on each tab and observe how each option on the right is laid out and described / named
4. Load a world
5. Go to in-game settings from the game menu
6. Click on the game and multiplayer tabs and observe how options are not correctly described / named on the right

Observed results: Various option names and descriptions do not match create new / edit world.

Expected results: All option names and descriptions should match create new / edit world.
