Water and other reflective surfaces flicker when changing reflections setting.

How to reproduce:
1. Load a world
2. Find a large body of water
3. Go to video settings and switch the graphics mode to vibrant visuals
4. Resume the game and set the time to night
5. Go back to video settings and change the reflections setting
6. Observe the water flickering
