Commands fail to execute/run in chat after update 26.50 despite cheats being enabled

I'm trying to enter a command in the chat even though cheating is enabled, but it's not working. I was using it before this update; the command was the same, and I didn't add or delete any numbers. It used to work, but now none of the commands work. I tried the same thing on my phone, but the same problem occurred; it didn't work either.I hope for reform and a review of this matter.As you can see in the attached video, it didn't work and I didn't receive an error message if there was a problem with it.
