[Vibrant Visuals] Device Exclusion: OPPO Pad 2 (MediaTek Dimensity 9000 / Mali-G710 MC10)

The Dimensity 9000's Mali-G710 MC10 GPU exceeds the minimum graphical requirements for deferred rendering and easily matches supported flagship chipsets. The current exclusion appears to be a missing hardware string in tiers.bin rather than a performance limitation. Please update the device whitelist to include the OPPO Pad 2 in an upcoming patch.
