Error Tuff on iPad Pro 10.5inch only

Only on my iPad am I completely unable to sign into my Microsoft account or marketplace. It pops up with error tuff every time no matter what I try. It is not an internet issue. When I run Minecraft through my phone on the same wifi I encounter no issues. Strangely my name is visible over the paper doll on the main menu but my skin does not load. Minecraft also doesn’t recognise that I am signed in despite this so I cannot delete sign in data. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, signing in to the Xbox app and running it in the background and signing in on safari and nothing has fixed this issue. I really hope this can be fixed as I miss playing with my friends dearly.
