Bedrock 26.52 spear animation parity issues with Java

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a clean vanilla world, no resource packs or add-ons.

2. Obtain a Netherite Spear and hold it in main hand.

3. Test all cases below:

Case 1: Right-click interact with blocks (chest, crafting table)

- Actual: Right-clicking interactable blocks triggers and plays the spear jab attack animation.

- Expected (Java): Right-click block interaction should NOT play spear jab animation.

Case 2: Third-person camera movement during spear animations

- Actual: Rotating camera while spear animations are playing causes jitter/stutter in player body and spear animation.

- Expected (Java): Spear animation stays smooth when moving the view/camera.

Case3: Cannot start charge immediately during jab animation

- Actual: If you hold right-click to charge before jab animation finishes, charge cannot activate properly.

- Expected (Java): Can start charging immediately after jab input, animations blend smoothly.

Case4: First-person spear rotation mismatch during interrupted jab-charge

- Actual: When charging while jab animation is still ongoing, the spear tilts to 45° in first person.

- Expected (Java): Consistent spear rotation without unexpected 45-degree tilt.

Case5: Third-person spear retracts at jab animation end

- Actual: In third-person view, the spear automatically retracts back when jab animation completes.

- Expected (Java): The spear pose transitions naturally into charge pose instead of retracting abruptly.

### Summary of parity issues

All these animation behaviours differ from Java Edition.

The tired state 90-degree spear rotation is intended on both editions and is NOT part of this report.
