Glow Ink Sac Makes Sign Lines Darker When Using "Ç" in Brazilian Portuguese

I found a bug with signs in Minecraft Bedrock Edition when using Brazilian Portuguese. When a word containing the character "Ç" is written on a sign and a Glow Ink Sac is applied, the entire line containing that character becomes darker than normal.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Place a sign and write a word containing "Ç" in Brazilian Portuguese, such as "construção".

2. Apply a Glow Ink Sac to the sign.

3. Observe how the line containing "Ç" becomes darker than the other lines.

Expected result

The text should glow normally, with consistent brightness across all lines, regardless of the characters used.

Actual result

The entire line containing the character "Ç" becomes darker after applying a Glow Ink Sac, while the other lines remain at their normal brightness.
