Fonts appear oversized in some JSON UI screens because Noto Sans is forcibly enabled

In some JSON UI modes/screens on Bedrock, text is displayed much larger than intended. This appears to be caused by Noto Sans being forcibly enabled instead of respecting the UI’s configured font/size settings.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a screen/mode that uses JSON UI.

  2. Observe the font rendering.

Expected Result:

Font should follow the JSON UI’s configured font and size.
Actual Result:

Noto Sans is forced on, causing oversized text in some JSON UI modes.
