After a short while of playing the game (around 5-10 minutes), my game randomly freezes.

While I play Minecraft, the game will randomly freeze about every 5-10 minutes, and remains frozen. I’m pretty sure this happens every time the game autosaves, because afterwards when I restart the game, my avatar is standing in the exact same spot that they were when it froze and with all the items I’ve collected. Nothing is deleted or missing.
