Camera has weird inconsistent jitters when turning the stick in newest version

I entered a random world to play, only to notice this weird jitter that happens almost anytime I turn the camera. It’s kinda like a weird “jump back” in the camera when you turn either left or right.

Naturally, I thought maybe my Joy-Con 2 was acting up. I opened the Switch 1 version and tested this out — no issues. This seems to be an issue specifically with this build of Minecraft for Nintendo Switch 2.
