My Skin Dissapeared and didn't come back

I wrote about this before ,

I was using the same skin since i bougth the game and i just want it back . Its that simple . I don't know why but my skin always dissapears for a while (max 1-2 weeks) and appears after that . This time i got this error message and could'nt believe my eyes. Also i tried to extract the skin pack for the safety of my skin but it got corrupt and unusable sadly.I have attached screenshots of my original in-game character (for visual reference), alongside the heavily corrupted export file that results from trying to save or sync it now. Please check if my account profile is failing to fetch these specific persona skin items or if my custom skin package is restricted on the server-side. I would love to get my skin back it means alot to me. Thank you so much for your help
