I cant choose the correct model type , it just softlocks the screen

When I try to import any custom skin from my files, it asks me to “Choose the correct model type”. On this menu, the preview of the skin appears normal but when I try to select one, it simply doesn’t work. I tried this with my own skin, then a ‘very popular’ skin on Skindex. Both outcomes are the same.

You can recreate this by uploading a custom skin.

Note: The only way I have managed to get off of the menu is by restarting the game.
