Hardcore player suddenly dies while standing still (Polar Bear death)

Short description of the issue:

I was playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition in Hardcore mode when my character suddenly died while standing completely still.

According to the death message, I was killed by a polar bear. However, in my video recording, my character is standing still and suddenly dies without any clearly visible attack.

Because this happened in Hardcore mode, I permanently lost the ability to continue playing normally in my world.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play Minecraft Bedrock Edition in Hardcore mode.

2. Stand still in the world, as shown in my video recording.

3. My character suddenly died, and the game attributed the death to a polar bear.

I am not sure how to reproduce this issue consistently, but I have video evidence of the incident.

Expected result:

My character should only take damage when a valid source of damage actually hits me. If a polar bear attacks, the attack and damage should occur correctly and be visible in the game.

Actual result:

My character suddenly died while standing still. The death message indicated that a polar bear killed me, but the video does not show a clear attack that explains the death.

This is especially serious because I was playing Hardcore mode, where death is permanent.

Additional information:

I have a video recording showing exactly what happened. I would appreciate it if the Minecraft team could investigate this possible bug.

I would also like to know if there is any possibility of recovering my Hardcore world or reversing the death if it was caused by a bug.
