I am unable to play bedrock but have no issues with java. I was told to contact Xbox support which i did they have gone through all trouble shooting steps of the following.
During our troubleshooting, we completed the following:
Verified Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition entitlement on your account
Verified Game Pass Ultimate status
Signed out and back into the Xbox app and Microsoft Store
Repaired and reset the Xbox app and Microsoft Store
Enabled required Xbox-related services on Windows
Uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft
Tested launching through both the Xbox app and Minecraft Launcher
Restarted the PC after completing repairs and service changes
Tested from a newly created Windows user profile
Confirmed that Java Edition works correctly
Confirmed that Bedrock Edition continues to display "Unlock Full Game" despite ownership being present
I was then told to contact Mojang support and not entirely sure if this is where but it's the only place, I can find to get assistance I was then told when contacting Mojang to explain the following in my report. and that I would receive assistance with my problem here!
You own Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC
Java Edition launches and functions normally
Bedrock Edition displays "Unlock Full Game"
Microsoft/Xbox Support has already verified ownership entitlements on the account
Extensive Xbox app, Microsoft Store, Windows profile, and licensing troubleshooting has already been completed.
