Certain blocks like magma, tallgrass, leaves etc render like flat colors. I am using the VV pack Vibrance. Vibrance works without problems on other platforms.
How to reproduce: Start Minecraft (26.6) on Nintendo Switch with Vibrance installed and observe magmablocks, leaves and tallgrass (and other blocks, seems like the affected blocks are the ones with flipbook animations)
