Severe performance drop (low FPS / lag) on iPad Pro 12.9" (4th gen) after updating to 26.6

Short description:

After updating to the latest version, the game runs noticeably slower (low FPS, lag, choppy gameplay) on my iPad Pro 12.9" (4th gen). Nothing else was installed before the issue started; I actually freed up storage space. Other apps and games run normally on the device.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update Minecraft Bedrock to 26.60 on an iPad Pro 12.9" (4th gen).

2. Launch the game and load any world.

3. Move around and explore.

Expected result:

Performance similar to the previous version, on the same device and settings.

Actual result:

Frame rate drops significantly and gameplay is laggy and choppy.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

- Lowered in-game video settings (graphics and render distance). Slight improvement only; the issue persists.

- Freed up device storage.
